Trembling Bodies

This zone centers on bodies as both a sensor and a site of seismic awareness. Drawing on somatic practices, trauma-informed approaches and embodied research, it explores how disruptions are experienced and remembered through bodily perception. Practices such as trembling, sensory deprivation, breathwork, laughter-based and primal scream exercises are explored as methods for expanding perception, cultivating attentiveness and investigating how bodies register, negotiate and make sense of instability. Land and bodies are approached as interconnected, each carrying histories and traces of transformation.
